I've worked on a variety of Vancouver's most beloved events, with a special focus on telling stories to get audiences excited about challenging work. Some especially exciting and successful projects can be found below.

TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival

Managing Director, Marketing & Development

I led the team responsible for conveying the festival's events and vision to the public, and generated revenue to support that vision. Using a wide variety tools and channels, I ensured audiences were aware and enthusiastic about the festival, in a cost-effective and exciting way.

I created a brand strategy that has carried the organization through 10+ years, writing copy, working with the media, and leveraging social platforms to get audiences excited about the sometimes challenging—yet thrilling—world of contemporary dance.

Marketing Director

I oversaw a period of tremendous growth and rapid expansion for Vancouver's most daring and avant-garde festival, helping to firmly establish it as one of the city's signature winter events.
